In addition, to achieve success in life - with the most ease - we need to be congruent. Being congruent is when our actions align with our values and who we are.
After completing the self-discovery program at Lifepath Counseling and Coaching you can use your new-found knowledge about yourself to bring focus, clarity and depth to your actions, habits, brainstorming, decision making, visioning and goal-setting…and you can learn to align your life, priorities and actions with who you really are.
The purpose of the Self-Discovery Lifepath Counseling and Coaching program is specifically to help you get to know yourself better and express yourself more authentically in the world: Who are you? What do you love? What really matters to you? What do you value most about yourself? Where might you be sabotaging yourself?
Lifepath Counseling and Coaching can work with you to achieve a better understanding your authentic self through its 8, 45-minute weekly sessions utilizing a safe, reliable, interface that allows for ease of communication, dialog, and exploration.
SESSION OVERVIEW:
Weeks 1 & 2: Boost Self-Confidence and Self-Awareness
In weeks one and two, let's start with discovering that what makes us happiest might already be on our doorstep. We will come to the realization that what makes us happy is usually free - and easy to do, as we question why we busy ourselves chasing material goals. You will be able to have a better answer to the question of “Who am I?” All to enrich your life with the power of self-discovery. Here we will lean into vulnerability and fear, and learn to be comfortable and confident with who we are as we travel down this path of discovery together.
Weeks 3 & 4: Go Deeper and Create a Positive Outlook
In weeks three and four, you will explore what really matters to you by looking at your values, considering what you have to be grateful for and by re-evaluating how you feel about your day while investigating personal symbols and dreams to look for deeper meanings.
Weeks 5 & 6: Where Might You Be Sabotaging Yourself?
In weeks five and six, we will look at where we might be sabotaging ourselves by taking a closer look at our inner critic, or “Gremlin.” Here, we will uncover our self-defeating ideas and thoughts, and we will learn how to be gracious and kind to ourselves through positive affirmations and self-love.
Weeks 7 & 8: Self-Discovery Tips, Additional Information, and Wrapping-Up
In weeks seven and eight, we will explore ways to boost your inner-strength. You will be encouraged to discover more about yourself by asking powerful, pondering, and thought-provoking questions. You will look past cognitive distortions, and learn how these distortions play a negative part in your life. Additional information and extra materiel will be provided to ensure you are equipped for the life-path you are meant to travel.
