Meet Sione

Welcome! I’m Sione, an Associate Clinical Social Worker specializing in Brainspotting and Motivational Interviewing, dedicated to supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, and guilt. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, ensuring a safe, affirming space for all clients. As a queer-affirming therapist, I am committed to respecting and valuing your identity and experiences, creating an inclusive environment where you feel supported.

I use Brainspotting to access and process deeply held traumas by focusing on eye positioning to target distress and unresolved issues effectively. Motivational Interviewing enhances motivation for change, guiding you toward meaningful progress and a fulfilling life. Therapy with me is a collaborative and empathetic process aimed at understanding your unique needs, fostering self-compassion, and creating lasting positive change. If you’re ready to begin a journey of healing and self-discovery, I look forward to working together to help you achieve your goals.
